1. Enquiry Does Not Mean Booking
Submitting an enquiry through this website or WhatsApp does not confirm a booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after Raksha Decor and the client agree on the service scope, date, pricing and applicable payment requirements.
2. Quotations and Pricing
Quotes are prepared according to the decoration requirements discussed with the client. Pricing may vary based on venue, event date, design complexity, materials, flowers, lighting, transportation, manpower and other requirements.
Indicative prices displayed on the website are for general guidance and are not a final quotation.
3. Booking and Advance Payment
A date may be reserved only after the required booking confirmation and advance payment, if applicable, have been completed according to the agreed quotation. The payment schedule and balance amount should be confirmed in the quotation or booking communication.
4. Decoration Design and Changes
Reference images, colours and concepts help communicate the preferred style. Final decoration may differ slightly because of venue dimensions, material availability, flower seasonality, lighting conditions and practical installation requirements.
Significant design or scope changes requested after confirmation may affect the final price and execution timeline.
5. Venue Access and Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information and ensuring reasonable access for setup and teardown.
- Venue access should be available at the agreed setup time.
- Venue restrictions should be disclosed in advance.
- Venue permissions or association approvals should be arranged where required.
- Additional venue charges are payable by the client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Setup and Teardown
Setup and teardown timings depend on the venue, event schedule, access permissions and agreed scope. Raksha Decor will make reasonable efforts to complete setup within the agreed schedule.
Unexpected venue delays, access restrictions or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect the setup timeline.
7. Outdoor Events and Weather
For outdoor events, rain, strong wind, extreme heat or other environmental conditions can affect decoration installation and safety. Where necessary, the decoration plan may need to be modified, relocated or simplified to protect people, property and materials.
8. Flowers and Material Availability
Fresh flowers and certain decorative materials vary by season and market availability. If a specific flower, colour, prop or material becomes unavailable, Raksha Decor may suggest a reasonably similar alternative while maintaining the agreed design direction.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling terms depend on the booking stage, event date, materials already purchased or prepared, manpower commitments and the agreed quotation. Clients should contact Raksha Decor as early as possible if an event date needs to be changed or cancelled.
Any refund, adjustment or additional amount will be handled according to the agreed booking terms.
10. Damage and Venue Property
Decoration materials are installed with reasonable care. The client should notify Raksha Decor about fragile surfaces, restricted fixing methods, electrical limitations or other venue conditions before setup.
11. Photography and Portfolio Use
Where permitted and where no client restriction has been communicated, Raksha Decor may photograph completed decoration setups for its portfolio, website or social media. If you do not want your event decoration used for promotional purposes, please inform us before the event.
12. Third-Party Services
Events may involve venues, photographers, caterers, entertainers, rental providers or other independent vendors. Raksha Decor is not responsible for services, delays, cancellations or performance issues caused by independent third parties unless specifically included within Raksha Decor's agreed scope.
13. Force Majeure
Raksha Decor will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure, transportation disruption, public emergencies or other unforeseen events.
14. Agreement and Confirmation
By confirming a decoration booking, the client acknowledges the agreed service scope, pricing, schedule and applicable booking conditions communicated by Raksha Decor.
